I just read it on BBC Sport News, that Machester United has rejected Chelsea offer of £10m in cash, plus a player in the person of either Juan Mata or David Luiz in exchange for Wayne Rooney.
If that is true my question is, why will Chelsea offer one of their best two player in exchange for Wayne Rooney.
